Other Chattanooga events

  • The Mountain Opry on Signal Mtn. Old-timey, Bluegrass, Gospel and Country music. It's held almost every Friday night from 8:00 p.m. till they run out of bands. Just past the Chinese restaurant bear right on Fairmont Pike. Note: the orchard there on Fairmont has great apples and cider. I think they're only open from October 1st till Christmas.
  • There's a Folk Jam from 2:00 to 4:00 pm. the first Sunday of the month at Audubon Acres, 900 Sanctuary Road. Call 867-3092 or 775-2996 for more info.
  • Bill McCallie hosts The Cowboy Jubilee on WSMC 90.5 (or button #3 on my stereo) every Sunday evening from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.
  • Rabbit hosts Celtic Harvest on WUTC 88.1 (or button FM 1 on my car radio) every Sunday from 12 noon to 2:00 p.m.
